A black enameled Iron "Kyoto daybed by Mathieu Matégot, France 1950s. The ends loop directly into the legs and create a floating impression. The dual frame is linked by a steel mesh perforated in a micro clover pattern lending the piece touch of whimsy among its stern lines. The main factory of Matégot's production was located in Casablanca, Morocco.
